If we go by these metrics: https://jalopnik.com/what-makes-a-wagon-a-wagon-5872562 It’s a wagon? I think the roof covers more than 50% of the cargo floor but tit may be toeing the line there

The bug eye is more of a wagon than the newer say 2008 and up cars. They shortened the trunk by about 8".
